The color is based on original Porsche color samples and can be applied precisely with a brush or sponge.

💡 Practical tip from the Detailing1 workshop: We use Fluid Leather (Porsche) in the workshop for steering wheel repairs — classic 12 o'clock abrasion. One tube is enough for 5–8 steering wheel repairs. Use a soft-bristle brush, dab on crosswise, dry for 30 min between coats, apply Top Coat Dull — the result is indistinguishable from new.

Degrease damaged area, dab on precisely, seal with Top Coat

Fluid Leather (Porsche) is applied directly from the 20-ml tube onto a soft brush or sponge and dabbed onto the repair area crosswise in 1–2 thin layers. Allow 20–30 min to dry between layers, and finally seal with Top Coat.

Before repair, the damaged area is cleaned with leather cleaner and degreased with Plastic Cleaner or rubbing alcohol. Deeper cracks are pre-filled with Filler or Super Filler and smoothed with 1000-grit sanding fleece. The highly pigmented Fluid Leather (Porsche) solution is then precisely dabbed onto the prepared area — crosswise in thin layers provides better coverage than a thick application.

After complete drying of about 4 hours, seal with Top Coat Dull or Glossy to make the repair abrasion-resistant.
